🔶🟥🔵 is a space dedicated to bringing art, and more specifically the bauhaus school of art, to life. 

Opened in May 2021 by Paul Lougrat & Remy Savage the venue is divided in 3 distinct spaces; the classroom where concepts are discussed, the manufacturing space where flavours are produced and finally the bar, where drinks are served.

Sidecar is an artisanal cocktail bar in DELHI, INDIA, launched in December 2018.  It's another interpretation of a bartender's bar, where the muse is the Classic "SIDECAR" cocktail. The design to brand ethics are all made to enjoy a Sidecar perched a top the beautiful barstools.  They do most of thei flavor extraction themselves including bitters, syrups, grogs and tinctures.  Their main focus is on producing some of the finest craft cocktails ( made with lots of love & care of course!). 

Satan’s Whiskers is Bethnal Green’s original neighbourhood cocktail bar, first opening the doors LATE 2013. The daily changing menu means that even if you live in the neighbourhood, there will always be something new for you try. We focus on delivering exceptional classic cocktails, using a line up of spirits and ingredients that we are truly proud of, all to our now infamous hip-hop soundtrack.

Located next to the Mag Cafè, since 2015 BackDoor43 has been able to make people talk about itself winning the title of the smallest cocktail bar in the world: 4 square meters of surface e 4 sittings, available only by reservation. Once inside the club, you can entrust to the bartender or compose your own personalized drink. BakDoor43 also offers a collection of whiskeys from around the world and it is able to satisfy those who prefer to sip a drink while walking, offering to customers a take away service.

Barro Negro is a Tequila and Mezcal bar created by 2 passionate friends, bartenders, and agave spirits lovers who have been traveling around Mexico and back to Athens for some years with one mission only- to learn the story and culture of their favorite spirits.

Their curiosity and passion for tequila and Mezcal drove them to explore more about Mexico’s reach History. Starting from the colorful Oaxaca and the ancestral production processes and then to the Magic Town of Tequila to get the real flavors, colors, and vibes and bring them to their guests to deliver them their own authentic experiences with a little twist in our beautiful Athens and to the world.

In 2004, Employees Only began as a speakeasy in the heart of the West Village, created by five bar industry friends to fill a void in the after-hours scene. With an innate inclination for warm hospitality and playful, high-spirited service, they aimed to serve flawlessly executed cocktails and delicious, elevated food within one beautiful space and without pretense. Employees Only became a second home to guests who found themselves transported to another era as they indulged in a late New York night.

Located minutes away from Singapore’s Central Business District, 28 Hong Kong Street is the perfect escape from the madness of the city. Dr.Stravinsky is a craft cocktail bar located in the narrow streets of the Born area of Barcelona. They use different techniques to develop their products (redistillation, maceration, fermentation) to create the raw materials for all their drinks and allow them to control the products 100%. The two level interior is reminiscent of an old apothecary mixed with a laboratory where herb-filled glass jars, bubbling flasks and test tubes adorn the space and create the perfect ambiance.

Conceived in early 2019 The Cambridge Public House is in the Marais of Paris. Specialising in Cocktails, Home-made British Food and with a focus on quality products the aim is to bring a high standard of Pub to France. Combining the relaxed and friendly ambience of a Pub with the Service and Knowledge of a Cocktail Bar, The Cambridge is waiting to look after you.

Located right in the center of the room, the bar and kitchen counters in a mirrored configuration are the best translation of what Tan Tan is today. Reflecting the importance of both operations, to give the cocktail art the same expression as cooking. Named Duality, the season's signature drink menu is the result of a challenge launched by Bañares to the bar team: to explore the duality of five ingredients that represent the history of Tan Tan.

It opened in July 2019. From its lounges it's possible to admire the Colosseum. The Court is located inside the seventeenth-century Palazzo Manfredi, in this Hotel Bar with an international concept it is easy to forget that you are in Rome. To the killer panorama must be even added a strong bar program made up of surprising cocktails resulting from creativity and modern technologies, the mix is completed with the final ingredient that is the great hospitality, present in every gesture and attention of the crew.

The Netherlands bartenders Tess Posthumus and Timo Janse recently opened their first

cocktail bar, Flying Dutchmen Cocktails. The location was found in the Odeon, a national Dutch monument at Singel 460 in the heart of Amsterdam. Flying Dutchmen Cocktails focusses on (neo-)classic cocktails, drinks education and the creation of a true cocktail culture in the Netherlands. Flying Dutchmen teaches their guests and the bar industry something about bartending, about the stories behind the spirits, about existing recipes and about the bartenders who created these classic cocktails.

A Shoreditch bar from Mr Lyan and team with a focus on stripped back analogue forms – embracing natural variance and a maker's touch. You'll find this in our music, stylings, food and drinks.

Founded in 2014, Nutmeg & Clove, the flagship venue of our group Nutmeg Collective, is a gastronomic cocktail bar that marries Singapore’s rich history with their cocktails and food program. Taking great pride in Singapore’s history and progression from colonial outpost to modern metropolis, Nutmeg & Clove reinterpret classic and signature cocktails with a Singaporean inflection and lots of fun. With every sip, guests will learn or revisit different elements of Singapore, much like in their new Personalities Menu where they pay homage to 12 Singaporean legends with cocktail creations, in their unique Nutmeg & Clove style.

Residing in one of London's most iconic hotels, the Donovan Bar has long been known as one of the most intimate and sophisticated drinking dens in the city playing host to gatherings of the most glamorous faces of Mayfair's elite fashion and art scene. Taking inspiration from the bar's namesake and close friend of the Forte family, the iconic 1960's photographer Sir Terence Donovan. The menu consists of 16 cocktails, carefully curated by world-renowned, master mixologist Salvatore Calabrese.

Le Syndicat, is the first cocktail bar using only French alcohol in order to showcase the diversity France has to offer and bring back long forgotten traditional liquors. An adored Greenwich Village neighborhood restaurant and bar established in 1915, Dante celebrates the traditional way of community in New York City. With over 100 years of history, Dante honours the simplicity of gathering with friends over authentic Italian-Australian food and world class drinks. With the re-opening of the restaurant in 2015, Australian owners Linden Pride and Natalie Hudson seek to preserve Dante’s original heritage whilst constantly striving for innovation. 

Mace, cocktail bar helmed by Nicolas "Nico" de Soto its relocating and reopening at a new space in the heart of Greenwich Village. The iconic bar is unveiling a menu of spice-inspired cocktails, a new bar fare menu and a spacious barroom. Its bar fare offering has been expanded by Chef Cyed Adraincem, who takes inspiration from de Soto's world travels, with a focus on raw bar and seafood platters.
