Sidecar is an artisanal cocktail bar in DELHI, INDIA, launched in December 2018.  It's another interpretation of a bartender's bar, where the muse is the Classic "SIDECAR" cocktail. The design to brand ethics are all made to enjoy a Sidecar perched a top the beautiful barstools.  They do most of thei flavor extraction themselves including bitters, syrups, grogs and tinctures.  Their main focus is on producing some of the finest craft cocktails ( made with lots of love & care of course!).

BakDoor43 also offers a collection of whiskeys from around the world and it is able to satisfy those who prefer to sip a drink while walking, offering to customers a take away service.

Starting from the colorful Oaxaca and the ancestral production processes and then to the Magic Town of Tequila to get the real flavors, colors, and vibes and bring them to their guests to deliver them their own authentic experiences with a little twist in our beautiful Athens and to the world.

In 2004, Employees Only began as a speakeasy in the heart of the West Village, created by five bar industry friends to fill a void in the after-hours scene. With an innate inclination for warm hospitality and playful, high-spirited service, they aimed to serve flawlessly executed cocktails and delicious, elevated food within one beautiful space and without pretense. Employees Only became a second home to guests who found themselves transported to another era as they indulged in a late New York night.

Dr.Stravinsky is a craft cocktail bar located in the narrow streets of the Born area of Barcelona. They use different techniques to develop their products (redistillation, maceration, fermentation) to create the raw materials for all their drinks and allow them to control the products 100%. The two level interior is reminiscent of an old apothecary mixed with a laboratory where herb-filled glass jars, bubbling flasks and test tubes adorn the space and create the perfect ambiance.

The Court is located inside the seventeenth-century Palazzo Manfredi, in this Hotel Bar with an international concept it is easy to forget that you are in Rome. To the killer panorama must be even added a strong bar program made up of surprising cocktails resulting from creativity and modern technologies, the mix is completed with the final ingredient that is the great hospitality, present in every gesture and attention of the crew.

The Netherlands bartenders Tess Posthumus and Timo Janse recently opened their first

cocktail bar, Flying Dutchmen Cocktails. The location was found in the Odeon, a national Dutch monument at Singel 460 in the heart of Amsterdam. Flying Dutchmen Cocktails focusses on (neo-)classic cocktails, drinks education and the creation of a true cocktail culture in the Netherlands. Flying Dutchmen teaches their guests and the bar industry something about bartending, about the stories behind the spirits, about existing recipes and about the bartenders who created these classic cocktails.

Taking inspiration from the bar's namesake and close friend of the Forte family, the iconic 1960's photographer Sir Terence Donovan. The menu consists of 16 cocktails, carefully curated by world-renowned, master mixologist Salvatore Calabrese.

The iconic bar is unveiling a menu of spice-inspired cocktails, a new bar fare menu and a spacious barroom. Its bar fare offering has been expanded by Chef Cyed Adraincem, who takes inspiration from de Soto's world travels, with a focus on raw bar and seafood platters. Mace's now larger space, comprised of a front bar, fireplace alcove and back room, is light, bright and airy, with décor that nods to spices.

The art deco masterpiece of architect Joseph Sunlight was the tallest building in Manchester upon completion during the 1930s, a decade of great importance for cocktail culture.
