Sip & Guzzle is the second venture from Steve Schneider (Employees Only Singapore) and Shingo Gokan (The SG Club), along with founder Justin Weitz, whose creative vision helped shape the concept. The SG Club is inspired by the true story of the Japanese consulate’s voyage to the United States in the mid-1800s–where they frequented the legendary Jerry Thomas’ bar in NYC.. Now, Sip & Guzzle represents the next chapter of this vision, with the samurai bar returning to the Big Apple, fusing the best of New York and Tokyo under one roof—Sip & Guzzle’s is a drinks and dining destination with classic American bar food and Japanese Izakaya dishes.

In Athens, not far from the Acropolis, The Bar in Front of the Bar stands out as a small cocktail haven, promising a distinctive experience in the city’s vibrant bar scene. Founded in 2022 by three industry veterans—Alexandros Tselepis, Konstantinos Theodorakopoulos, and Simeon Papanikolaou—the bar quickly became an icon in Athens' cocktail community. The innovative concept, reflected in its name, challenges convention by placing a street-level bar directly in front of its own speakeasy. Originally intended as a pop-up during the speakeasy's construction, its unexpected popularity led the team to make it a permanent fixture, and the main bar.

Boadas Cocktails is a very old cocktail bar in the main center of Barcelona. Boadas was open in 1933 by Miguel Boadas (the pupil of Constante Ribalaigua at “El Floridita” in Cuba in the early 20’s) Miguel and his daughter, Maria Dolores Boadas, and now Jeronimo, worked together for 87 years to keep alive the soul of American Bars and the spirit of the authentic cocktails. Full of history and beloved by writers, painters and poets... our guests “The Boaditas” always come to visit us from around the globe and of course mostly our locals to enjoy the experience of crossing doors and make a trip back to better times at the 30’s or the 40’s...

Residing in one of London's most iconic hotels, the Donovan Bar has long been known as one of the most intimate and sophisticated drinking dens in the city playing host to gatherings of the most glamorous faces of Mayfair's elite fashion and art scene. Taking inspiration from the bar's namesake and close friend of the Forte family, the iconic 1960's photographer Sir Terence Donovan. The menu consists of 16 cocktails, carefully curated by world-renowned, master mixologist Salvatore Calabrese.

Overstory

70 Pine Street is one of New York’s great Art Deco landmarks. Designed by Clinton & Russell, Holton & George, and completed in 1932, In late 2021, Kent opened a pair of outlets in the building’s tiered spire: a fine-dining restaurant called SAGA and a cocktail bar called Overstory. Designed by MN, the 24-seat barroom is characterized by blush plaster walls, burgundy banquettes, and modeled on a vintage theater marquee. With and a wraparound terrace with uninterrupted views of New York's port, Overstory is a singular addition to the city’s bar scene.

Bar Pompette is a neighborhood cocktail bar in Toronto’s Little Italy, opened in 2021 by the Pompette Group — co-founders Maxime Hoerth, Jonathan Bauer, and Martine Bauer, together with partner Hugo Togni. Inspired by French precision and guided by easygoing hospitality, it has become a local favorite and a welcoming space filled with regulars who love to come back time and again.
The menu mixes five house signatures with seasonal cocktails, wines, and local beers. A lot of craft happens quietly in the background, but what guests enjoy is simple: flavorful drinks, approachable and consistent, served in a space that feels like home.

The famous Harry’s Bar was born on November 26, 1911. Thanksgiving Day. It is a bar dismantled from Manhattan… And reassembled in Paris. But it's a completely new genre: the Cocktail. Toad Sloan, the American jockey called on the famous bartender Harry MacElhone who would later take it over, ., the legend was born. The establishment has invented first-rate classics like the Bloody Mary, the SideCar, the Blue Lagoon… Or the White Lady to name but a few. According to our motto, traditionally inventive, we perpetuate this know-how and continue to regularly invent cocktails.

It’s situated in colonia Juárez, one of Mexico City’s most emblematic neighborhoods that is currently experiencing a business and culture renewal. As a speakeasy, Hanky Panky can't disclose its address. Each bartender at Hanky Panky is also part owner of the venue investing their time to create a community amongst themselves, and with cocktail connoisseurs in Mexico and the world. The establishment is inspired upon Ada Coleman’s cocktail, “The Hanky Panky”, created in the 1930s at The Savoy, London.

Mimi Kakushi offers an immersive experience back to an oriental age when jazz was swinging into the 1920s Osaka, merging modern art and western fashion into the nightlife and street life of Japan. The space, brought to you by the team behind La Cantine du Faubourg, Ninive and Twiggy by La Cantine, pays homage to the modernist Mavo movement celebrating the radical and avant-garde. This artistic anarchy, that peaked in the 1920s, shattered conventions and confronted traditions.

On a road that has always been occupied by antique shops, l'Antiquario is hidden behind a door that once belonged to one of these antique traders. A classic cocktail bar that serves only cocktails and champagne, The bar wants to be a staple of the cocktail craft and a portal into the international cocktail world. The classic design with the dark wood, red velvet and William Morris wallpaper is a tribute to all the classic bars that have made history in the cocktail scene all over the globe. The caption to the bar is "classic, contemporary, modern" a hint to the art dealing vocabulary and an insight into how to read cocktails and contextualize them.

Open since May 2012, 1862 Dry Bar is a classic cocktail bar set up in an old palace in the center of Madrid. The name of the bar answers to the coincidence of two factors: on one hand, the building in which it is located was built that year; on the other hand, in 1862 the first cocktail book in history was published in the United States. The cocktail menu, logically, is based on the true classics. In addition, we have a section of our own recipes that we renew every season.

A bar with strong attention to seasonal ingredients, focusing on the synergy between the innovation and the endemic, stimulating all senses with international style and elegance. In a time of climate deregulation, Selva’s menu pays homage to the legacy of the world explorer Alexander Humboldt who referred to climate as the entry point to describe the diversity of the world.

Martiny's

Martiny's offers a curated cocktail experience in a historical carriage house. Everything is intentional and purposeful - from the hospitality to the design elements, to the elevated bar bites, and of course, the drinks.. The name Martiny’s is a play on the fact that you will definitely find a martini on the menu since it's Takuma’s favourite cocktail. But, it also pays homage to Philip Martiny, a French-American sculptor, whose studio used to occupy the space. The design respects the history of the original 1800’s carriage house.

In 2004, Employees Only began as a speakeasy in the heart of the West Village, created by five bar industry friends to fill a void in the after-hours scene. With an innate inclination for warm hospitality and playful, high-spirited service, they aimed to serve flawlessly executed cocktails and delicious, elevated food within one beautiful space and without pretense. Employees Only became a second home to guests who found themselves transported to another era as they indulged in a late New York night.
