Dr.Stravinsky is a craft cocktail bar located in the narrow streets of the Born area of Barcelona. They use different techniques to develop their products (redistillation, maceration, fermentation) to create the raw materials for all their drinks and allow them to control the products 100%. The two level interior is reminiscent of an old apothecary mixed with a laboratory where herb-filled glass jars, bubbling flasks and test tubes adorn the space and create the perfect ambiance.

Nightjar’s reputation for breathing new life into forgotten cocktails and bringing fresh perspective to classic recipes and presentation is world renowned. Boadas Cocktails is a very old cocktail bar in the main center of Barcelona. Boadas was open in 1933 by Miguel Boadas (the pupil of Constante Ribalaigua at “El Floridita” in Cuba in the early 20’s) Miguel and his daughter, Maria Dolores Boadas, and now Jeronimo, worked together for 87 years to keep alive the soul of American Bars and the spirit of the authentic cocktails. The Netherlands bartenders Tess Posthumus and Timo Janse recently opened their first
cocktail bar, Flying Dutchmen Cocktails. The location was found in the Odeon, a national Dutch monument at Singel 460 in the heart of Amsterdam. Flying Dutchmen Cocktails focusses on (neo-)classic cocktails, drinks education and the creation of a true cocktail culture in the Netherlands. Flying Dutchmen teaches their guests and the bar industry something about bartending, about the stories behind the spirits, about existing recipes and about the bartenders who created these classic cocktails.

With over 25 years of experience collectively, bartender brothers Joe and Daniel Schofield always had a vision to return to their home city of Manchester to open their eponymous venue; SCHOFIELD’S BAR. It graces the corner of Sunlight House. Dead End Paradise is an hedonist Asian Middle Eastern tiki dive bar, that may not exist tomorrow, constructed 500m away directly from the Beirut explosion site. Located in an actual dead end, It is their positive, aka "no one can beat us down" self expression. Taking inspiration from the west coast independent, free thinking skateboarder lifestyle, Dead End Paradise aims to generate new energy into the local bar scene with creative Asian Middle Eastern tiki cocktails, playful Asian street comfort food and all around hedonist party vibe. 

In bringing Super Lyan to Amsterdam, Mr Lyan (Lyaness, Lyan Cub) focused on a signature approach to playful yet sophisticated cocktails. Loving the history-rich, inclusive and hospitable capital, Dutch ingredients formed the basis for Super Lyan. With its colourful design, perfectly fine-tuned cocktails (also on draught!) and all day brunch & bar bites, Super Lyan is an eclectic living room with a relaxed garden space, and come evening, a bustling dedicated cocktail bar.

At Bisou, they’ll never hand you a menu since they don't have one. Without a menu, you’re free to share with the bartenders your tastes, preferences, and even mood and they’ll craft you a bespoke cocktail based on all that with seasonal ingredients.
As true cocktail enthusiasts, they are very sensitive to the quality of the ingredients which is always seasonably dependent. They use exclusively fresh produce from France.

Live Twice is single-mindedly focused on perfecting an iconic classic - the Vesper, served in a Kimura glass with just the right amount of ice shards to keep cool. Interior design fans will want to visit this establishment by the Jigger & Pony Group. Inspired by mid-century modern era Japan, the dreamy space invites guests to “live twice” while lounging in vintage Falcon chairs and enjoying the bar’s signature sandos.

Born of the desire to be transported in a space where one can indulge in the sweet reverie of sun-drenched beached and marine reflections, CopperBay oscillates between a sailing boat square lounge and a yacht club bar. The design is elegant, with a mix of copper and light wood and features masterpieces like the copper chandelier inspired by a sailing boat wheel.
The menu features cocktail creations, aperitifs like  the "mauresque", natural wine and some selected artisanal food for an elegant picnic.

Re- is working with 8 prominent Sydney venues and suppliers who have separated food waste and by-products from the daily running of their businesses. They collect and repurpose these into ingredients for their cocktails. All other products are supplied from surplus fruit and vegetables from the Sydney Markets via the supplier, Sydney Direct. The aim is to grow this, so all hospitality venues across Sydney share waste and by-products and in turn give to other venues. Our goal is to to cut food waste by 80%. Rabbit Hole is a place where people can enjoy themselves and get lost in time. Once you step in the hole, you tend to forget how long time has passed. The cocktails are very minimal on the look, garnish only as needed but are still serious about quality. Rabbits are very fun, loving, social animals. It represents the bar characters very well. The interior design is a combination of sleek and rustic along with red light behind the bar to intensify the adventurous feeling.

Speak Low, established since 2014, is one of the well-known speakeasy cocktail bars in Shanghai. On the ground floor is OCHO – a boutique supply store for the bar industry. Hidden in this room, there’s a secret path to the bars. The lower bar has a kind of downtown New York feel – the kind of place you’d find in the East Village or Brooklyn. With a copper bar top, and floral-print ceiling. The second bar is slower paced and probably a bit more refined, closer to London in style than the lower-tier bar.

In the neighbourhood of Little Italy, Bar Raval is a Barcelona-inspired pintxo
